2020 FENDI VIP Night

Polaris Media Group was able to hold the first Peekaboo Bar VIP session at FENDI Westfield Boutique in Dec 2020. 10 VIP guests were invited to enjoy this close-door exclusive event. The event generated sale over 70k under 2 hours.

Other than FENDI, we have also held Private VIP events at Dior, Bvlgari, MaxMara, Bally, Canturi & Karen Gee. We have a large database of high net worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals.

2020 Lumière Chinese Racing and Fashion Festival

Polaris Media Group always see ourselves as a bridge to connect East with West. We are the only media agency that has been appointed as the Chinese media partner for 3 consecutive years by Australian Turf Club. 

Each year we create unique experiences for our client and guests. Statistically, our total attendees for the past 3 years have exceeded 1,000, the event has been reported by over 40 Australian-based Chinese media platforms, generation a total exposure of over 12 million.

2019 Vast Capital Fashion and Charity Night

Polaris Media Group and the Socialite Club co-hosted the fundraiser dinner for Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation(SCHF) December 2019.

Within 19 days of preparation, we successfully planned and executed the event, cooperated with 11 sponsors, and raised $42,584 on the night for SCHF. Our event recap article reached a total of 49,600,000 exposures and over 750 reposts.

Polaris Media Group will always participate in charity events in the future and we would love to carry more social responsibilities to support those in need.

Annual Influencers Party

“Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together” — James Cash Penney.

In October 2019. We hosted the Polaris Media Annual Influencers Party as a token of thanks to acknowledge and express our gratitude to the 100 influencers who have worked with us during the year.

Our influencers range in social medias including WeChat, Weibo, RED, Instagram and Youtube. The event provided a compass to exchange insights for cross-platform developments.

Kids Smart Private School Mum’s Afternoon Tea

Polaris Media Group invited 15 mums whose kids studies in private schools to attend the afternoon tea party and exchanged insights on child education and general health wellbeing.

It is the first event in the community to combine afternoon tea, panel discussion, private school education & online streaming together.

More than 1000 mums joined our online live streaming and WeChat groups in 10 minutes.

Our event recap article was well-received by our followers and the number of article views reached over 30,000. More than 500 reposts and likes were generated.

Fat Blaster Cheongsam Contest

Polaris Media Group custom-designed a one-month marketing campaign for our client during their product launch.

Services rendered consist of digital marketing, copywriting, online and offline marketing scheme, event planning and execution, KOL engagement and management, event photography, and filming.

We recommended Fat Blaster to embed Chinese culture into the campaign and the result has proven that Chinese audiences liked this concept very much.

Our article was well-received by the Chinese community, in just 36 hours, our total number of valid votes reached 19,018.

BVLGARI Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea

Polaris Media Group and the Socialite Club worked together with BVLGARI and invited 10 socialites for an afternoon tea the day before Mother’s Day.

Our article on the event received acclamation among our follower community as we integrated luxury jewellery with occasion-based marketing strategies to deliver the positive message – while taking care of our children and families, always reserve some time and space to treat ourselves.

CANTURI Vivid Sydney Luxury Night

This event was organised for our jewellery client CANTURI during the Vivid Sydney Festival.

Polaris Media Group arranged a limousine to chauffeur all our guests to the pier, where they then boarded a luxury yacht and cruised the Sydney Harbours.

During the event, CANTURI shared the brand story to all guests and showcased a curation of their high jewellery masterpieces.

This event brought the Australian jewellery brand CANTURI to Chinese consumers, strengthened the relationship between CANTURI and their target audience, and expanded CANTURI’s market share in the Chinese market.
